10.0 Collection of Winnings

10.1 Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification and/or credit/debit card.10

10.2 We will not release your funds under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit is not played through in full.

10.3 Withdrawals of money from your account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.

10.4 If your card issuer allows, your winnings may be credited to the credit or debit card account used for the original placement of the deposit. The credit or debit card must be the same as the name of the registered cardholder.

11.5 Given bonuses are only valid for thirty (30) days, starting from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated in the bonus' terms and conditions. If a player fails to make the prerequisite value of wagers before the expiration, the bonus funds and money won using money bonus funds will be removed from the player's account.

12.0 Indemnity

5. any claim that any use of the Services by you or any third party infringes or violates any intellectual property rights of any third party; or
6. any misrepresentation by you.

 

13.0 Termination

13.1 You have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by sending an email to PESO88 Online Casino customer support. PESO88 Online Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate

your account and/or cancel any bets placed by you and to take any other legal action if you materially breach these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 PESO88 Online Casino may terminate this Agreement and your account for any reason at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

13.3 Termination of this Agreement by either party will not act as a waiver of any violation by the other party and will not act to waive any subsequent violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13.4 Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall:

14.0 Governing Law

15.2 In case of any discrepancy between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and a version in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
